For any execution of shipments and in working as an Independent Coordinator with/for Shipping Agencies/Affiliates both Air and Sea and both International and Domestic - You do understand that I will not be held responsible nor accountable for damaged shipments/goods that are not insured, nor am I obligated to pay for abandoned/canceled shipments in transit, nor the balance of shipments in anyway. Agreeably, these terms and conditions are accepted at the routing of your shipment.
*You may be required to sign a Power of Attorney form for some Foreign to Foreign shipments/transshipments and some countries will require your passport ID page.
*You may be required to pre-pay on shipments that are not allowed on collect terms
*Collect payments for shipments must be paid in full
*Quotes does not include destination charges which are only applied when shipments have arrived in Nassau/Freeport
